I can't find it anywhere! Only the ready mixed stuff. I want to make a lemon polenta cake. Where can I get it. None in Asda, Morrisons or Tesco. Thank you.

Alas, Bednobs, no Sainsbury's around here:-(

It used to be in the Ethnic aisle in Tesco too, but when I asked today the chap said they'd stopped selling it.
We buy it from Morrisons, I think it was in the aisle that stocks dried pasta shapes.
I was looking for this in my local Tosco, the never had any either. I like using it to make muffins.

The Winner, definitely none in Morrisns when I looked, but I shall try again. Perhaps it was just sold out.
I still have some in my cupboard, it's called Merchant Gourmet Polenta, on the back it says ingredients: ground maize.
Here is a link to the website which says the stockists are now Sainsburys and Budgens (we don't have either locally). I have seen somewhere else that Asda used to stock it in their "wholefoods section", but we don't have an Asda locally either so wouldn't know. I think you can also buy it online at Amazon and other places.
