Hi,

I was wondering, if there is anyway to bring on a period so it's out of the way for a certain day?

I am not on the pill or anything like that so I can't work myself round that! And I am quite irregular so I am due this week but normally I can be a week or two out! I have always been irregular though so it doesn't worry me.
But is there anything you can take to bring it on?

Your a c*ck!
There is a pill you can take to delay it if that helps, it begins with N, go and see your GP about it

Hi, Ruby!

You need to ask your GP for Norethisterone. You start taking it 3-4 days before your period is due and it should arrive a few days after you stop taking it.

Not quite what I had in mind Hellyon.. Lol. We shall call that Plan B! ;o)

Thanks WS.. I shall look into it. It's not a mood altering one though is it? You know some make your hormones go mad?
Doesn't the injection form of contraception stop your cycle completely for a bit? There are also drugs you can take to bring on menopause which an ex of mine had to take after an op for endomitriosis, side effects were that she became the nastiest b1tch I've ever dated though.
There aren't supposed to be many side effects at all, really, Ruby. It might make your period, when it does arrive, heavier and for slightly longer, but I had no problems at all when I used to take it.
sex seems to help bring my period on if thats any help
