Why dose the Queen never wear her crown I have been wondering 4 ages and just wanted to know if there was a good reson or not.???

She wears a crown for ceremonial purposes, it would be rather heavy and uncomfortable for day-to-day wear not to mention the risk of damage.

She wears it at least once a year, at the State Opening of Parliament, which usually takes place in October or November - unless there has been a General Election, when it might be earlier.
