My son Tim, is 24, very good looking, an absolute charmer when it comes to sales and marketing. He can sell anything, get anyone to sign anything, just with his smile and his cheeky banter, as long as they are girls that is!
Thing is, whilst being a nice lad that i am very proud of, when it comes to relationships he is terrible, he cannot normally bare to hurt or upset anyone, until he has a drink, then he will set his sights on the nearest female and usually ends up having breakfast with them. He was once stuck with no money in devon and he told me he had to sleep with a fat bird to get a bed for the night!. His success rate for one nighters is better than his success rate for being faithful to his girlfriends. We are expecting his third child from the last of three girl, all of which he has cheated on. please don't bother telling me what a t**t he is, i know more about it than you do and i have no illusions about what his behaviour amounts to. I do know that he is wracked with guilt when he does these things he also makes promises to the one nighter that he can't keep, so it goes on. I have tried to talk him into sorting himself out, that works until he has a drink, and most of the girls he goes with know what he is like and don't care as long as he gives them some attention.
I am sure this is not a unique situation but i wish i knew what to do with him!
Apart from this side of him he is a real good lad and very popular, but for how long will this last?

the paragraph in my second to last reply got cut off, it should read something like...

...who you knew would probably criticise what you were saying. I'm embarrassd that I rose to the bait but not as embarrassed as I am for you, a grown man, getting their kicks by trying to provoke and intimidate women.
Oh how odd, reading this post I wrongly assumed that topogigo was a woman!

Take a chill pill and stop defending the indefensible. Just look at the situation as it is. Would you be writing on here if it was your daughter who was such a beautiful woman , but couldn't stop sleeping with every guy she ever met, including the fat bloke cos she needed a bed for the night and who could have had three children by different fathers? I don't think so. For some reason lads who sleep around are studs, but girls are classed as slappers.Maybe your son needs to move in different circles where the women aren't as gullible as to fall for his charms.I am sure that all the people who have replied to your message are only offering simple advice to you. If you can't take it,don't ask for our opinions.
so did i boo, and i assumed the 'fat bird' comment was from the son.
It now looks to me as if the comment was made to provoke a response
hmm, good trawling, tiny e.a. I'm outta here.
Sad sad woman - looks like everyone agrees in this post and all your others.

Attack me if you like but really you and your son need to grow up and look at your actions and outcomes honestly.

What a load of crap, i engineer a question about my son as a vehicle to tell everyone how attractive he is. Dear me, if you can imagine that having a 24 year old is a thrill everyday you obviously don't have one. I asked for help, you know ,as you do, it was on my mind, so i asked.
The fact that i started mimicing the answers i was given, talking to people as they would talk to me, as you may notice i did, the bitchy and the none bitchy, does detract a little from the fact that i asked for help and typically of you who did it, some just had to have a go at my son. Is that what you do, criticise, when given the chance to help.
I did not want anyone to answer unless it was constructive, some of you just had tp have a dig. There is nothing you can tell me about him that i don't already know, where are your heads when they are not up your arse.
ahh bless, the rage of the vain when rumbled is indeed a wonder to behold!
Take no notice topogigo,

I am sure you are very popular with you granchildren. I bet you are constantly on babysitting duty and the little mites are always at you house. There is always a silver lining to every story.
