I recently changed my name back to my maiden name since my divorce and wanted to know how to change my name on the deed to my house?

might be an idea to give the land registry at Lytham st annes a ring and ask them what to do, or have a look on here toi see if there is a form available, might need a solicitor though.

You don't need to. But if you want to, telephone your local land registry - they are very helpful and will send you the forms and advise you of any fee.
