Parents die.3 sons inherit house[equal shares].One son lives in house.One married brother dies.Does his wife inherit his share of his parents estate?

Unless he has left his share in his will to someone else, then yes. His (the married brother's) share forms part of his estste.
It depends upon how the brothers held the property. If as joint tenants then the surviving two brothers automatically become the owners. If as tenants in common then the deceased brothers share(s) go to whoever he willed them to.
As it is held in equal shares then it is a tenancy in common and his share forms part of his estate on his death.

There are no shares in a joint tenancy.
