Does any other type of insect bite besides fleas and mozzies?
I am covered in bites on legs and arms, we haven't got fleas in the house and I have one of those plug in mozzie things so I hope its not those. I haven't been near any grass or plants. Anyone have any ideas?

Horse flies bite, one got me yesterday and my leg is really swollen this morning.
What about ants? Especially the red ones. Have you seen any of those in the house?
This is the time of the year when everything that bites is out in force. You don't have to be have been anywhere near bushes or grass - they will find you!

Cleg flies, Black Flies, Mossies, Horse Flies etc will all track you down and of course the constant damp conditions have increased them threefold. My husband, who has never been a target now has two bite sores on the backs of his legs, so just use Savlon or TCP on the bites you have to prevent infection and try to use some insect repellent when you venture outside.
when and where are you being bitten, do you have pets?
Do you have a compost bin?
If so you could be like us and being bitten by flies from that !
