So blind people can use ATM's?
Oh I see...Drive thru ATM's! Presumably banks just fit a standard ATM machine in Drive Thru's. They would have braille as standard. Maybe blind people are secretly excellent drivers?
I agree - I'd suggest they're standard ATM's that are installed, which would come with brail features. Either that, or they're hoping that the guide dog has enough eye to paw co-ordination to navigate a car around the ATM..!
Our vending machines have braille on the keypads, how anyone blind is able to work out what they're going to get i'll never know.
