If I have a 1.2kW fan heater, does this rating mean 1.2kW of electricity into the fan heater per unit time, or 1.2kW of heat out of the fan heater, meaning the real electricity input would be bigger?

Is there a way to read all my "banned" posts? I can read all my answers, and trudge through to find the banned ones, but being able to display only questions which had my answers banned would be nice.
