Do you think that no matter the circumstance you should always follow your intuition and your heart with speaking your mind?
On a certain subject, I feel like I need to elaborate more to understand a situation I do not understand with my "best friend/boyfriend/ex/love" (Its comlpex trust me).
My mind is telling me to give up, but my heart wont let me.
What do I do?!

No. Sometimes it really is best to keep your gob shut. I don't know your circumstances but you could end up hurting someone just to make yourself fell better.
*feel not fell, obviously

I always speak my mind regardless of what people think - that way everyone knows that I am straight with them whether they like what i say or not.

If they choose not to be friends or stay with me because of it - Tough sh1t !! There are plenty of other people out there that love knowing where they are with someone.
Hi Em-mE, difficult to change how you are, I tend to always speak my mind at least that way people know they will only get to hear what I truly think, I can't see the point in covering things up, that will come out eventually anyway, but some people find it hard because it can sound a bit blunt, some find it hard to tell the truth because it will hurt somebody, but I would always want the truth, even it it hurt me. hope you get it sorted, Ray
Speaking your mind is one thing.... and not always advisable but depends on situation.

Dronning on and on about something you're never going to understand but that went wrong in a relationship is quite another. It's unhealthy. It's a way of clinging on to a relationship and finding an excuse to speak to someone who may have nothing else to say.

To me it sounds like you may possibly be doing the latter. I think it might be better in the long run to let it go but then I don't know the situation.
