I was changing the Brake Pads on my L/R Freelander and when I came to undo the brake caliper bolts I was only able to undo 1 out of the 4, hence my brake pads are still not changed, any body got any suggestions how to remove them.

Soak them with penatrating oil then use a good socket on them.
To 'crack' a tight nut or screw free, it usually works best if done with a jerking motion getting proggressively harder then backing off repeatedly as opposed to constant pressure. (ideally with a breaker bar)
I cant explain why but it does work.
Good luck with them. When reassembling put some copper slip lubricant on the threads. Will make it easier next time.
