What fitness do i need for the RAF

Im 26 FEMALE wanting to join the RAF, however i have been following the fitness program they gave me - but i dont think its enough- do i need to be able to a press up - if i do i cannot even do one ( would these be different for ladies) sit ups do i need to do FULL situps - ie up tp 45 degree angle( are these different for ladies)- if possible i need another female who had completed the basic training at Halton to advise me- thanks Lorraine

The initial fitness test is a run on a treadmill:

women have to run 1.5 miles in 14 minutes 35 seconds.

Obviously the fitter you are the better.
