jonezy - try Bio-oil, [for stretch marks] most chemists will order it for you, it's about 9, but lasts for ages, you only need a couple of drops, rub it in about three times a day - or get partner to do it ;+D))..........for zits, use something like clearasil cleansing solution again 2 or three times a day and don't squeeze them. Clinique also do an ace spot stick, that'll dry them out and also a cover up liquid.

If you are worried about the spots go to the doctor. I had REALLY bad acne all over my back, face, chest...etc, and I went to the docs who gave me Dalicin Tropical Solution which worked wonders, and within 2 weeks it was practically all gone!
Bio Oil is brilliant ... Lloyds Chemists stock it but if you would like a free sample try http://www.bio-oil.info/.
Sadly stretch marks are permanent. They fade to silvery lines but will NEVER go completely. However as my hubby says, "they are a part of you and i love you AND them". Bless him and you too.
Have just found out that Carrot oil can help - my neighbour says it helps skin to heal. Good Luck.
No ideas for stretchmarks (got plenty though if anyone wants some!!!) I have had trouble with spots recently and tried all the usual tricks, then decided they must be hormonal ~ I now take a daily dose of Vitamin B Complex and Vitamin B6 which have worked a treat :)
eat lots of cream cakes and lard
I feel your pain with the stretch marks...I have a 6 year old daughter, and when I was pregnant, gained so much weight I got horrible stretch marks everywhere! Now,I'm back to a normal weight, but still have the marks. the good news is most of them have faded alot to where they arent really noticable.Over time the redness turns silvery-white and blends in with skin.If they are terribly bothersome, you may try checking with a plastic surgeon. There are no procedures to completely get rid of them, but I have heard about a laser technique that's supposed to help.Otherwise, you may want to try a sunless tanning lotion. They wont get rid of the marks, but they make the skin look tan and the marks not so noticable. Just dont get a real tan, whatever you do,exposure to sun actually makes them worse. Good luck!
