google problem

Can anyone tell me why when I go on to google search "forbidden" appears at top of screen . I click on links but cannot get anywhere. I've never had this problem before and I'm always searching!

do you use "onspeed"?

Yes I do use onspeed and it is enabled.

Thankyou I have disabled onspeed and can now enter google.................. do you know what has caused this problem?

no; according to a geek-forum I subscribe to, Google will be working with Z Group for a fix when they re-open tomorrow.

I had this problem yesterday and spent hours trying to get to the bottom of it to no avail. This mornng (11.20 bst) everything is OK!!! No response from either Google or Onspeed though.
