I have been working for a company for just a year and the last 3 months or so, my wages have been all over the place, I get paid monthly, but I dont receive sick pay yet, I had one day off sick and they deducted 150 from me, I complained and they admitted they had taken too much from me and said they would replace it in the following months money, I asked for a cheque instead to cover it as it left me short in my bank account and they agreed to send a cheque but advised me it would be taxed and I would be better off waiting. My company then sent a letter, explaining that the date for payment was being changed from 22nd to the 30th of each month, I have now just been paid on the 30th, and my wages have this time included the sick pay outstanding (i have been taxed on this!) but has not included the extra week's money - again I have complained - but my bank account is in a mess now, what can I do, my wages dont ever seem to be correct and I am now worried sick. I am constantly over drawn due to their mistakes....

Gel on upto the pay roll office adn stripe the chavey up in charge of pay roll.
You will be entitled to Statutory Sick Pay but this only pays you when you have four or more days off sick in a qualify period.

Your employer probably deducted 150 as your daily rate of pay. If this is incorrect you should discuss this with your manager.

If they refunded some of the 150 this would have still been taxable income, as i would had you been paid it in your normal monthly/weekly pay.

Might be worth asking for a temporary overdraft from you bank to help you out until your employer sorts your wages.

Hope this helps.
If you can prove you were overdrawn due to incorrect wages, you can claim the overdraft fees. But you must clearly show that this is the case. ie you should have been paid on the 22nd but was not paid until the 30th and all your standing orders come out on the 25th which caused the overdraft. But if you were forewarned there is nothing you can do
There's usually no definitive date that you should get paid, most employers would keep this open incase of a screw up. You might usually get paid on the 22nd or the 30th or whatever but they possibly don't guarantee this. This would be normal practice.

You should expect to get taxed on any sick pay.
I seem to remember a situation with one of my employees, it happened a long time ago so I cannot remember how it was resolved, but my employee was given a deduction by accident. This deduction was made after taxes had already been made on the employees pay. I was happy to put it right asap, but of course by paying it back it meant the employee was going to be taxed on it again as it showed in the pay before taxes. I gave it to my accountant to deal with and it was resolved. You need to check if the original deduction was made after taxes. If so, you have effectively been taxed twice. If this is the case and your company cannot sort it out, I would contact your local tax office to see what you need to do.
Hope this helps, with the other issues, I would just make a nuisance of yourself until your pay is corrected. Legally this is your money and they should put it right immediately, not make you wait until they feel like sorting it out!
