Gordon Ramsey F Word

Does anybody know the title/artist for music that is being played when the advert for the new series of The F Word is show at the moment - the one where Gordon Ramsey is waving a sword around and slashing meat (sounds like Tijuana brass/Mexican style music)?

I think it's from the Kill Bill movie and is on the soundtrack, I am at work though and don't have the either with me so cant help - try looking on Amazon though as they usually have samples from the disc which might help.

The music used in The F Word advert is called (The Lonely Shepherd) & it's by James Last. It is one of my favourite pieces of music & yes, it was used in Kill Bill.
