hi - just wondering if anyone could suggest something for my wind!! Its awful!!

I have suffered fron IBS in the past but nothing i have ever taken has worked - from peppermint tablets to...to all the other hundered of pills ive taken for it!! I'm assuming its linked but its so bad trousers that fit in the morning don't fit in the evening. Ive tried keeping a food diary to figure out what causes it but with no luck - something i can eat one day effects me the next and vice versa....
Thing is its a bit whiffy and i keep having to run out of office to do it!! Also it feels and sounds like i'm having 'inverted farts' which is really embarassing!!! I dont poop much either...
Any suggestions please??

ooops - i think i should have posted this in health bit maybe - sorry!
Try one of the probiotic drinks, one per day in the morning.

thanks pussnboots - this has been suggested to me but i can;t drink them!! They make me vomit...urgh.... Would youghurt be the same do you think?
You can buy yoghurts with pro biotics in them so would probably do same job.If I dont have my little drink every day i have same problem as you.
Try windeeze tablets or anything charcoal based, also try to avoid swallowing air with your food, you could look at your diet, some foods are high in fiber and roughage which produces nasty smelling flatulance.

You say you have suffered with IBS in the past so it may help if you saw a dietition , who can advise you on food intake to lessen your windipops. x
