I knew someone that was doing exactly the same as you. They got no ban, 250 fine and 6 points. Although if you speak to the magistrates like you've spoken to some poeple here they'll probably ban you.
thanks redcrx I think the same as you on this. And the fact that magic moe is telling me to f off just shows what sort of person he or she is.Some people just don't like being told the truth.I rest my case .

i think you'll find that I am just treating people in the same manner in which they are treating me.
I did not speak to you like rubbish or tell you that you were stupid but some people seem to think that I will take it when it's not deserved whatsoever.
'as i have changed my name and am now technically some one else, can i still be prosecuted for the offence'?

this still sounds as if you were trying to find a way put of it to me.

If this was not the case then what relevance did it have? Surely you just needed to ask what fine and or ban you could expect for driving at 88mph in a 50mph limit.
sorry should read 'way OUT of it'
You put in your question "as you are technically someone else can I still be prosecuted".What a stupid question to ask .This site is for intelligent questions.

so what are you doing here?
get back to your knitting love it suits you more
As you are new on here you will soon find out that you won't get any help from people that have been on here a long time. You just don't reply like you have done especially as it was a stupid question in the first place. And this is my last comment on the subject .
Although the Summons has to be issued within 6 months of the offence, if there has been unreasonable delay in bring the case you could argue for it to be dismissed as an abuse of process even if it was technically issued in time
