I've had my kitchen screeded this morning, it was done at 7am, so I was wondering how long before I can walk on it & go into the kitchen to cook etc?

i would imagine it is variable, depending on many factors like the materials used, the ambient temperature the space covered ect. It would have been much more sensible to ask the person who was doing the screeding!

To be on the safe side I wouldn't walk on it for 24 hours.

Interesting question. You can walk on it straight away. But it would make an awful mess. Hope this helps.
