never done the pills didnt know there was any out there,ive done the cabbage soup, god it was horride never again the best thing i found was slim fast i lost over a stone on that in a month

I couldnt keep to slim fast. I find it does nothing to curb my hunger. I tried them in 2004 and still got unopened tubs in the cupboard. I use them as normal milkshakes!

I tried slimfast, true I was still hungry but it worked.
Trouble is the minute you go back to proper food the weight goes back on again and who wants to drink slimfast forever ?

Yes I'm trying the pills now and have been taking them for a week, and to my amaze I have drop five pounds. I couldn't believe it because I been trying hoodia and everything else I can take because I suffer with high blood pressure and nothing seem to work. Let me add that I am 53 yrs old and it just hard to lose weight when you get a certain age. But I can say these pils have prove that something is out there that will help. I will keep you inform and my progress.
