What are my rights?
My daughter lives with her mother, we were not married, she is threatening to withhold custody from me.
We split 4 years ago, since then ive paid every month, had my daughter each week without fail, have never let her down.
A bust up over the weekend has led to a situation where she is threatening to withhold custody (you may remember my post about her mothers drinking?), Its perhaps an idle threat as my daughter and I have a solid bond, but anyone any idea what my rights are?, she keeps upping the ante by suggesting I get a solicitor, maybe I should do?
