I have got a rubber plant in the house and it is about 3 Foot high but it leans to one side, is it to late to fix it to a stick to make it grow straight

try turning it around, plants tend to grow towards the sun so if you rotate it regularly it should grow evenly and adapt.
You can put a stick in to support it but that won't make it grow straight . The stems are too thick and woody. This happened with one of mine .I have two ..the first one shot up and was lurching drunkenly to one side before I knew it .So I have a stick in it so it doesn't topple over. But ..I turn it round every so often to face the light and it has brought more leaves on the other side so is a bit more balanced .The second one ....I shoved a stick in straightaway when I got it and it has grown straight upwards with no lurching.
If you do put a stick in make push it in on the outer edge of the pot so it leans toward the stem and then tie it in.
