The different features arose by evolution, just like everything else. Homo sapiens originally evolved in Africa. As they spread out to the other continents, they adapted to the differing conditions (such as temperature) in the various parts of the world.

Point of clarification -white people are not all of one race - Websters dictionary defines 'caucasian' as 'of or pertaining to the white races of mankind' - note the plural. Second point - where do you get the idea that eye, hair and skin variation are only found in white people - there is variety in all races, paricularly hair and skin colour.

inferno , all Asians have dark hair. you can't see any variations in dark hair ...skin maybe.
So, you've never seen an Asian or black person with ginger hair then? It's rare, but it can happen. Anyway, some Asian's have brown hair, some have jet black... There's certainly less variation, but it does exist.

Oh, skin variations; have you ever actually seen any non white people? There's loads of variations of pigmentations amongst non-white people.
