i pod photo's

I might be coming across as dumb here, but does anybody know how to put photos from the computer on the i pod nano. I've checked the manual and it does'nt say anything about it!!I'd try and do myself but knowin me i'll break sumthin!!THANX

guess it will need to be done through itunes - first place to check !
