I wasn't watching, but it was on in the room behind me. I hardly ever used to watch Brookside, but as soon as I heard the voice I knew who it was.

I like watching Casualty because it's filmed in and around Bristol, where I work, so I spend the entire programme saying "oh that's such and such road" and getting on everyone's nerves. What's that woman's name?

I watch Casualty every week and I can't think of anyone with an irritating voice? Which character is being talked about? There is no Karen Drury in the cast list.
