The song had a trumpet in it along with typical eighties instruments. Sounded like New Order-ish.
In the chorus the singer sang "RAIN" (or something like that as it echoed in the chorus).
Maybe early 90's or late 70's as well.
trumpet sounded like "Who Can It Be Now" by Men at Work but the trumpet is faster and sounds like its on acid.

So its not the answer I gave you in the other post, Heaven 17 used to use trumpets in a few of their songs
