I don't know much on this subject, but my father in law says the UK stopped giving USA marshall aid this year and his question is did any other countries have to give marshall aid in the same way? hope I've interpreted his question correctly!

I think this question is in relation to debts repaid to the US as a result of the Marshall Plan (officially the European Recovery Program) and the Lend-Lease Act.

yes, Britain has finally paid its war debts to the USA and Canada. Marshall aid was something else: a US project to help fund the rebuilding of Europe after the war, for which Europe should be thoroughly grateful.
