Outlook express!

Hi!
Please can someone help me! I have just downloaded the latest update from Windows, and now I have lost Outlook express from my tool bar, it seems to have been taken over by google ( no doubt my fault!) can anyone tell me how to correct this please!

At the right hand side of the Google toolbar is a settings button. Click on this,then help and then uninstall
