My birthday is on Dec 24 yes Christmas Eve! I get most of my Birthday presents as Christmas presents as well. Are there any other abers with birthdays at Christmas and do you think you lost out when you were a kid? I always wanted mine in the summer. I expect this has been asked before I'm new so be gentle with me! When are your birthdays?

This might be interesting for some people (or maybe just to me!).

In probability theory, the birthday paradox states that given a group of 23 (or more) randomly chosen people, the probability is more than 50% that at least two of them will have the same birthday.

I'll assume that 23 will repond to this thread exactly giving their birthdate. If so there is a more than 50% that at least two of them will have the same birthday.

Amazing coincidence? Not so.

Mines on the 21st Dec.

I used to hate it when i was little coz my brothers is on the 21st June & i thought this was so unfair as he only had to wait 6 months between each but i had to wait a whole year!
i moaned about it so much that one year my mum & dad said i could have my birthday present in june, but when my birthday came in december it didn't seem a good idea as i'd already had my present! I never moaned again after that!

Mine is on the 18th May...don't now how I'd feel if it was at xmas tho...!! Hey boro..nothing wrong with not being married at 30..my hubby was 31 when we wed - but I know what you mean about your mum going on about when you are gonna have a family..I'v had it since we wed 5 years ago - thankfully they can leave me be now - they are getting a new grandchild!!! Thankfully there is no set time to get married!!

My mum and dad's are the day after each other and one of them often falls on mothers day as well so it's an expensive weekend :)

A friend of mine who has a twin brother shares his birthday with his wife and daughter so the four of them have the same birthday!

...my ex husbands birthday was on Christmas day (guess that's why his mam called him Joseph)..... anyway he reckoned it was ok as a child , he just got given xmas pressies and usually money in his birthday cards which he prefered, plus no one ever forgot his birthday....
