Can anyone tell me what the difference is between table and cooking salt. Also is it OK to put cooking salt on your cooked meal?

Cooking salt is just a bit coarser. It`s alright to use either.
Pea pod has your question.

Nevertheless, I would like to say that I buy cooking salt
which is labelled " Ideal for all Culinary purposes" and use it for both cooking and the table.
