I recently marinaded chicken overnight with just apricots from a tin with the syrup and it tasted sooo nice!

any ideas of other things that taste good with chicken??

simple and healthier the better! i liked this cause it was only 1 ingredient and so simple!!

I really love chicken breasts warpped in bacon and cooked in foli with tinned pineapple...yummy!!

If you have a bottle of Italian Salad Dressing for your salad - I like to take the chicken filets and marinate them in some of that and then pop them in the oven until they are done - I usually wrap them in foil but it will work without that too. If you wrap them in foil you can also add some sliced potatoes, onions and green beans and bake the whole thing at once.

Remove the skin from the chicken - sprinkle it with rosemary and pop it in the oven - that is my favorite way.

Cover chicken with tin of chopped tomatoes and add some basil, then bake for about half an hour. It's lovely, and healthy too!
