I'm confused. My plane ticket says the overall size of my luggage must not exceed 62 inches. That's height plus width plus length. That means my cases must be approximately 8 inches by 4 inches by 18 inches - or does it. Have I lost the plot somewhere. The last time I travelled I used the standard suitcase that was about 40 inches high by 20 by 8. Can someone help!!

add the dimensions to make 62:-

ie 35+20+7 = 62.

Ahh! One should just add ONE height and ONE length and ONE width! Not all round.
Many thanks, Mushroom25, the thought of taking only one set of clothes for three weeks in Canada was a bit daunting!
