Bananas should go yellow. It's the awful Columbian varieties that go brown. Stick to those from Leeward and Windward islands growers.
Since you asked... a freezer pie crust baked until golden brown, slice bananas about 1/4 inch thick and place on bottom of said crust, fill with an easy mix vanilla or banana pudding mix, add some more sliced bananas on top and finish with two inches of whipped cream or fake one, et voila!...
Hi smurf. 1 tin condensed milk - Sit in pan water half way up and boil for 2hour - dont let boil dry keep topping up water. 1 packet digestive biscuits - make into crumbs and mix with approx 4oz marg. Press into 8 - 9" baking tray. Leave in fridge. Once tinned milk is cold spread onto biscuit base, slice bananas over and cover with whipped fresh cream. Crush a flake over top. Cheers skylight. ps do a couple of tins at once, they will keep and also to save time boil them the night before.
Just got a couple from Iceland, so I'm gonna be no use ... lol
There is a website dedicated to the bonoffi pie

I buy a ready cooked sweet pastry case. Slice bananas and toss in a little lemon juice. Put in bottom of pastry case. I then open a can of Carnation caramel (which is ready caramlised condesed milk), spread it on top of the bananas and then top it all with some whipped double cream which you can decorate with cocoa powder.
