Question Author

Holding up pretty well thanks Oz hope you are good too.

B t w, I heard on the goggle-box last night that the 2 Ronies were pretty big down under, is that true?

Well, my dad thought they were awesome.

But he was a pommy downunder.

I rest my case your honour 😉

I reckon there was a global shortage of fork handles in the day 😂

And we all wanted four candles.

Those dark nights were spooky.

Let alone the walk to the outdoor dunny,,,

Full of spiders,,,,

Get a lighter case 1ozzy.

Good Morning CC and others  .. don't hear wind or rain outside - hope that's a good sign and not snow!  Hope Sains deliver and no charge after the non-deliveries at Christmas. Wishful thinking! x

Morning Chip, morning Oz.

Good to see you two fella's in fine fettle!

In between work today I will be mainly staring longingly at seed catalogues and planning the garden.

Thanks Haz,

got my shopping from sains, he was gone like the wind,so no hope of a "no charge"

Good morning all hoping for a better day weather wise. It was horrendous up here in Scotland yesterday roads closed all over the place. Loads of people had to take shelter for the night. Some were stuck on the A9 for 10 hours. Glad I was at home.

Hi Haz,

The saga continues. I got my shopping order from sains this time, But 5 items missing, approx £15:00 worth short. I gave c s a call and I now have to wait while they check with the driver.

Question Author

Thanks, Red, I have seed catalogues coming out of my ears (not a pretty sight)

lol chip - I can only look and plan as there are very few seed companies that now ship to Northern Ireland.

I am however coming to England in March so may get the order sent to my step mums and then i will just take it in my luggage!

Giggsie - I was following the fallout from the rain on Islay yesterday - they were really suffering with flooding too.

Question Author

Hi Gigs, I listened to the Scottish weather reports yesterday, and it sounded horrendous! Glad you got through it

08.55/  Same here once - they delivered the items on a later delivery van at 9p.m.

Question Author

Another day waisted waiting for missing items, online shopping don't get much worse than this
