You can predict whatever you want. The question is whether something occurs that allows you to claim that was what you meant.

 

Those you refer to may well occur. I've already read some things about Alzheimer's somewhere. (Probably a science website.)

According to the strange world of quantum mechanics, the future can influence the present, so prediction may not be so absurd.
