have had some absolute blinders recently - even to the point of affecting my sight.

Eyes go blurry and swirly - the headache is in my forehead area.

Had an eyesight test 6 weeks ago and got some new glasses but the glasses were broken in on the first few days.

Monitor the situation?

lol well Sqad - I had discounted the brain tumour!!

Migraine just doesn't fit and as it goes eventually with the paracetamol - can take Ibruprofen - I will just monitor the situation !! lol

Thank you everyone for your time

Is it linked to chocolate or mestruation ?

ive heard of both of those triggering a migraine type headache .

You can have atypical migraines which don't give the really horrible headaches the normal ones do, mine give me vertigo symptoms, where the room seems to spin and roll at the same time but the headache  while severe at the time  tends to fade after a couple of pink migraleve.  Don't bother with the yellow ones they are basically  over the counter co codamol. The pink ones have an anti sickness component buclizine which will stop the nausea that comes from the visual disturbance effects.

Why doesn't Migraine fit?

@countrylover

" the headache is in my forehead area."

This is not a typical area for migraine which suggests mid-line and migraine is usually unilateral (one side).
