My view is that there is one contributor on AB that 'spoils' it for many others. It is not a case of dislike, different opinions it is the lad in the back of the class that flicks blotting paper at the girls, pushes ones book off the desk - he is an irritant. My answer is I now never follow a thread if he is either in it or the thread is his. Head in the sand maybe but it solves my problem because Moderators seem unable to do so. This is my personal view.

If there is a question or answer that breaks the Site Rules, please use the reporting functionality to inform the editors.

Could you imagine if we took action on certain users because of their political beliefs and the way in which they wish to express those views? That would be quite awful, in my opinion.

oh just accept that you have been rumbled lankeela it would be much classier. if you cared about "trolling" or "obsession" then you wouldn't single gulliver out would you. you wouldn't have complained if the editor had gotten rid of gulliver for you and you certainly didn't rule it out... you just said "something has to be done" and now you're backpedalling because the something you wanted wasn't done.

Andy, thank you for your comment. I do not know how you deal with the guy in an open and just manner. So my solution FOR ME, is to blank him and everything he spouts. Otherwise the site for me, is good. I am aware though that many have been stifled for fear of being harangued. What they do is leave the site. What a shame.
