I finally did their online application...previous attempts resulted in the page closing and requiring restarting.
I've made 3 quarterly payments since turning 75...will I get those back?

Thanks for that wolf. I'll wait a week or two to give them time to process my application.
I got a refund when I cancelled my TV licence. I wasnt expecting any and to be fair they paid it back really quickly.
Thought the free tv license at 75 was stopped. We don’t get it
From TV Licensing, "You can get a free TV Licence if you, as the licence holder, are 75 years or older and you, or your partner living at the same address, receive Pension Credit."
I think you have to receive Pension Credit but not too sure. I also think if you were registered partially sighted you got a free license but don't know if that is still the case.
thought it might be simple
but it's not black and white is it ?

Am I right ?
I'm Not wrong !
not free any more at any age unless on pension credit or have some type of medical issue
Got to pay for loud mouth Linekars salary somehow.
NERO, it's free only for those seventy-five or older and in receipt of Pension Credit.

The only other concession is for folk who are blind or severely sight impaired and they pay 50% of the fee.
