The shute that allows the dirt to drop out of the clear cylinder has stopped working.There's no sign of damage.Anyone come across this problem and if so ,did you fix it?

I've found it necessary to dismantle my Dyson to find blockages! As someone's already said Dyson have been very helpful when I've had to phone them.
