I have a PDF file which is the image of a map. It is A4 landscape layout. Some of the text is very small and so I would like to print this at A3. When I tried this today i got the A4 size image in the middle of the sheet. Is there any way to scale up a PDF file?

select file > print then select the printer (if you have more than one) and then click the properties button.

Though it varies from printer to printer the normal way is to select original size as A4 and output size as A3
