I use Adobe 9 - is there any freeware to prevent copying, screencapture, editing of a file I have? Recommendations please - have tried a few on the web and can't get to grips with them or they don't...

Caller Display And Landlines

AOL Spam

Any ideas how to stop spam in AOL? I've put in domain names; words such as claim, PPI, compensation, etc etc, yet I am getting upwards of 30 a day with the same words in the subject or domain name....
