Anybody got any good suggestions for Des's repacement? I think they should promote from within (ie: people who've been popular in Dictionary Corner.)
My top three choices would be Brandreth, Stillgoe and Durham.

Wasn't Paul Merton tipped to do it before Des got in there? wouldn't be a bad choice in all honesty.

i think Des o' conner, Terry Wogan or the Countdown dictionary corner's Tom o' conner are ideal replacements.
