can anyone reccomend a site where i can earn money. ive been reading about these sites that pay to type. alot of people are saying these are a scam.

They usually con you by saying send us �20 to cover admin costs/training and that'll be the last you hear from then.

Anything you have to pay up front for is a scam. Legit companies looking for legit employees will advertise through legit employment websites.
Try searching through them, and even your local papers.
