My first piece of real luck so far this year came yesterday. One of my grand-daughters is called Destiny and there was a first time out horse called Daring Destiny which i risked a massive £1 e.w on. Came 3rd at 150/1 = £51 returned :-)

I don't get the keys until next week. It needs to be completely painted, new bathroom and kitchen. No idea how long that will take.

It has taken a month this far and I am not very patient.
