I believe minty is not so well, another bad cold and emmie is still in hossie, so not good news as to candle-blowing on sunday.....

I'm sure they'll be well looked after, both of them, and I don't doubt everyone on here sends their kind regards and birthday wishes.

Let's hope they are both back in fine fettle very soon.

Happy Birthday/Merry Christmas to Emmie and Minty. I may not be around as much over Christmas either - I've got lots of tidying up to do and I guess I should make a Christmas dinner for me and my OH. I'd be fairly content with bangers and mash, however I probably won't be able to get away with that.

I've reduced my intake to about a bottle and a half each day. While that's a lot better than it was I know it's still too much.
Early in the New Year I'll contact a local rehab centre.
