I have to agree. What ARE you on about? If she can't work because of her illness thegovt will help her with benefits. She clearly CAN work though so why should the government help her?

The army didn't 'dump' her. She had M.S. and would have been medically discharged. Probably with a War Pension plus Government sickness benefits if she couldn't work because of the MS.
