Piece Broken Off Chocolate Bar...

...before it was sealed in foil.
I just went to open a bar of Lindt. As I was about to peel the foil away, I could feel an irregular shape. A bit was broken off the corner...a clean break. Not a miss-shape.
Is there an explanation...other than someone in the factory breaking a bit off? Puzzled.

Well, I've not eaten it. Maybe I'll take a photo and see what a gentle complaint might do. ;)

Tell them first how much you adore their chocolate and nothing comes close to it.. :-)
Also say, you were a little unnerved, in the unlikelyhood it might have been tampered with..

I had a similar thing with a Cadburys bar, thought i would 'let them know'. They replied enclosing a very generous £2 voucher! I ran all the way to the shop to get another bar!!
