Who Is Falsifying The Inflation Rate Figures?

Everything is now at least, at least, 20% dearer than it was 6 months ago. Why are these inflation figures being deflated?

I just renewed the car insurance on my wife's car. With the same insurance company, it had gone down significantly.
i asked my mobile phone provider why i was paying so much, we agreed that it would more than halve, well pleased.

Eg alcohol and tobacco, health, education, comms, council tax, council rents, electrical, all went but by around 5%
Petrol prices fell again in October. All helps to cancel out some a the food and energy rise's
Wonder if the meals and drinks in parliament have risen as much ?

Thanks for the replies folks.
In March 2022, my energy bills increased by 56%. In october 2022, they increased by a further 25%. Some items in the supermarkets have doubled in price since that time, e.g. butter, honey, margarine. Some have increased by 50%, e.g. milk, potatoes, soft drinks. That is my experience, not figures on a spreadsheet. Inflation at 11%????!!! My armpit!!
