What am I talking about ?

Qatar and Footie World Cup of course.

Who is looking forward to it ?

Who is dreading it ?

Never mind, it will be over by Christmas.

Stricken swans flapping and rolling about the place while the barely able to communicate keep us informed as to the incident and outcome followed by middle-aged men in too-tight suits mulling an hour and a half of nothing. Can't wait.

Can't wait.
I object to the venue.
I just can't get interested in it this time.
22 blokes kicking and chasing after a bag of wind

No thanks

I'll stick to dwarf throwing
Non-event for me - I wouldn't look out the window if they were playing outside my flat.
Not really bothered about it as yet. I'm waiting to see what 'clear' message is put out by our boys.

Not holding my breath though.

I'm sure that it is but it actually seems to have had remarkably little impact around here so far. With just 12 days to go until England's first game in the tournament, I've not seen a single house draped in a St George's flag, nor a single car flying an England pennant. I'm certainly not complaining though. (Boring!)
Not even remotely interested, we won't win anyway !! It's annoying me that it's on over the Christmas season as many programmes (as usual) will be disrupted.
Not looking forwaed to it at the moment, but when it starts and if England perform well, then my interest will grow.

Qatar should not have been chosen, but as it has, then just obey the laws of the country.
