Zebu the NHS crutches are usually the elbow ones

You have to life your weight with your hands every time you move. My hands got very sore.

Who am I to tell two seasoned crutch users how to walk with both a steady gait and in such a comfortable manner, that maintaining one's accomplished air is thus retained.
